Hope Lutheran

As Christians we believe that all we are and all we have comes to us from God. Stewardship is what we do with all that God has given to us: our time and abilities, possessions, financial resources, relationships. Click on our SHAPE page to learn more about how you are shaped by God to serve.

One part of the stewardship of our financial resources is our giving to support the work of God through our congregation. God has blessed most of us with more than we need to survive so that we can know the  joy of giving willingly and generously to others, as God has done for us. Each year we ask our members and regular worshipers to consider prayerfully how they will support Hope Church through their regular offerings in the coming year, and submit an Estimate of Giving that will help us plan for the future.

Once again this year we are offering the option of submitting your estimate of giving for 2017 online. Read through the directions below before you begin.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Spend some time in prayer. Pray for Hope Church and for the people in the community whom we serve. Pray for wisdom to choose a level of giving that expresses your faith in and love for God and your desire to be part of what God is doing here.

  2. Click here and enter the information requested to find your record/profile in our secure online church database.

  3. Once you hit Submit, you will be emailed a one-time link to submit your estimate of giving for 2017.

  4. When you click the link, you will see a box in which you can enter a dollar amount. This will be the total amount you plan to give for the year. Multiply your weekly giving by 52 or your monthly giving by 12. Click here to open and use an online calculator to figure the total amount.

  5. Then you click Submit. You will receive an email Confirmation

NOTE: We send the link in an email (instead of taking you directly to the pledge page) as a security precaution. You do not want someone to be able to pretend to be you and make pledges on your behalf. Also, if you do not have an email address on your record, you will see a message telling you to call the church.
